A new photo series of incredible range of emotions felt by men and women.
A portrait photographer Mike Larremore, 28, from Denver. His subject to portray 16 different moods through facial expression and then combined the resulting images into individual photo collages.
Mr Larremore gave all the participants emotional cues for each pose.
Mr Larremore says that the photo series has been very positive and people see it as something simple and lighthearted.
All of the participants were photographed with bare shoulders so viewers would not be distracted by clothing.
He says that he learned from the project is how emotions impact people in the same way, no matter what their age or ethnicity.
The University of Turku found that emotional states are associated with specific sensations regardless of a person’s culture.
Mr Larremore’s photo series, titled the Faceboard Project, which focuses on facial emotional expressions.
