21 year old Gianna Registe walked free from court after carrying out a £2,500 Boots loyalty card scam and blowing the lot on makeup.
As Gianna Registe worked as an optical assistant at the chemist’s flagship store in Oxford Street, London. She amassed 25,000 points on her Boots Advantage Card.
The prosecutor Peter Zinner said that Registe spent £2,500 on cosmetics and other toiletry items.
Registe is listed as a commercial or alternative model for Fusion Management, has been sentenced to four months in prison and suspended for 2 years.
The Southwark Crown Court also ordered Registe to repay Boots £2,500 in compensation.
