Blue vervain (verbena hastata)

Wood betony (stachys officinalis)
For headache wood betony can be a blessing. When you let a lot of energy to flow back and forth the head, betony will break in to neutralize the effect. It’s awesome for getting rid of tension, or the occasional mental-block. It will divert bad thoughts, and come as a big stress reliever.
